Hi Folks!

We are getting there with our first Dr. Fishbone Restaurant at 2112-D South Irby Street in front of Super Walmart...look for the big red "Fishbone".  Thanks to all our family and friends for their help with this new and exciting venture. 

Our restaurant will be come as you are, relaxed and ready to eat.  Our menu will have our trademark fried flounder and shrimp as well as our succulent grilled BBQ pork tenderloin sandwich and even fried green tomatoes.  Look for our menu.  We will also be having "Mr. Curt's" pigs in a blanket along with our full breakfast.  A must try is our country ham....we do it a little different and it has received rave reviews.  Our biscuits are really really good with ham, sausage or just plain.

We want you all to give us a try at our place and make it your place too.  Looking ahead to Quail and grits right along with our shrimp or catfish and grits.  We will soon be grilling outside for you on Friday afternoons and Saturdays from the "Dr. Fishbone" tent and grilling machine....also fried spot sandwiches the way you like 'em.

We are excited and ask that you be a little patient with us as we grow.  We are "not" a fast food restaurant and your order will be cooked to order....even your french fries are still in spud form when you order. 

Don't forget we are now set-up to handle all your catering needs, large or small groups.  We will have our menu posted very soon.  Come see us!
